Jewel is a three-tower development located on Old Burleigh Road in Surfers Paradise, resulting in it being the first beachfront resort to be built on the Gold Coast in 30 years. Stretched across 130m of absolute beach frontage, the Jewel project is unlike anything seen on the Gold Coast in a generation. The site sits over 2.8 acres and includes expansive resident facilities across all three buildings, including a Michelin Star restaurant and a grand ballroom.
A world class project, Jewel, required a world class interactive experience in their display suite to wow customers. An existing interactive solution was simply not working at the display suite. It was not used due to poor user experience for the sales team, hence making it difficult and complex to use, was substantially out of date, there were complexities of updating it, high costs and long turnaround time. Brightfox was chosen from an international tender to produce a new interactive digital solution for the display suite.
Brightfox developed multiple touchscreen solutions which were placed
strategically together around the display suite. An iPad Procast
solution was provided which enabled agents to interact with customers in
the display suite and simultaneously ‘cast’ content to the video wall.
This interaction also manifested an integration with the physical model
in which live searches light up to corresponding apartments on the model
and also display on the TV wall, hence providing a powerful sales
presentation coupled with an in-depth exploratory journey for advancing
the sales track. The solution delivered gave the local Jewel sales team
the tools and impact that they required to make sales, turning the
display suite back into an immerse sales experience as originally
A further addition to the solution was the Jewel Agent App which was provided to an international network of agents to present and sell the project. Password protected, select agents were exclusively able to use the App to provide a quality presentation almost as powerful as available in the display suite. This was coupled with live sales availability to further enhance the overall sales experience.
Our software was able to integrate seamlessly with the physical building model showing live availability in real time. This created the ultimate buyer experience by allowing agents or the buyer to search on the App or Touchscreen by price, type, no. of bedrooms and even aspect, and immediately view matching apartments on the model through control of individual lights in each apartment.
We were able to assist the client in creating a beautiful, functional and robust sales solution that made the display suite a powerful presentation and sales environment. This sales tool was extremely robust, cost effective and fast to update, and most importantly, it worked! The App proved to be immensely popular and was utilised globally as the ultimate agent presentation tool and sales kit.
