Luxury over-50s resort living communities

GemLife, luxury resort living for the over 50s, has been a highly valued customer of Brightfox for many years now, and we are proud to have supported the growth and expansion within their business to the level it is today.

Brightfox has been able to provide many different software solutions for the GemLife business and team, which has enabled their sales teams at various sites around SE Queensland to promote their product and solutions to their customers with confidence and, ultimately, success. These solutions have included providing and/or facilitating touchscreen devices, with live-cast maps installed in their sales offices, allowing the team to bring to life and showcase the GemLife projects to their customers.

GemLife utilises the Brightfox CRM for many different purposes, including having their daily leads easily collated and distributed amongst the sales teams, maintaining clear oversight of prospective buyers and the status of their enquiry or decision-making stage, as well as integrating with numerous external platforms to bring efficiency to their processes.

The Brightfox CRM has simplified processes for the GemLife business, enabling documents to be executed seamlessly through the DocuSign integration, capturing and generating leads from their realestate.com.au website presence, and assisting their marketing team in refining and improving their activities through the Klaviyo integration.

Another aspect of our support involves visiting the sales teams in the field, allowing us to see and hear about the Brightfox CRM at work in their day-to-day operations. Recently we visited the Elimbah sales office, where we captured a few images of the touchscreen display in action.
