Why we rebuilt it
Over the past 30 years, Brightfox has evolved from a CRM into a connected set of platforms: CRM, Display Suite App, Sales Portal and Client Portal. Our old website hadn't kept pace. It was dated and tired, and it didn't do our brand or our products justice. Each new product had been added on as it was released, rather than designed in as part of the whole, so the site became difficult to navigate. Visitors had to dig to find the products we offer and how they fit together.
So we started again. The new brightfox.tech has a fresh, modern and dynamic design that reflects who we are today, and it's built around one question: what does a property sales team need to know to decide if Brightfox is right for them? Everything on the site now answers that, clearly and quickly.
Behind the new look is a site that works harder for you. Clear menus take you straight to each product, every page shows real screens from our platforms, and it all loads fast on desktop, tablet or mobile. Finding what you need, and getting in touch with our team, now takes a couple of clicks.
What's better for you
The biggest change is how easy it is to get around. We've simplified the structure so you can reach the right product in a couple of clicks, whether you're a developer, an agency or leading a sales team.
We've also swapped broad claims for the real thing. Each product page shows our platforms as your team and buyers would actually see them, so you can judge for yourself how they'd work for your business.
And for the first time, the site shows how everything connects. You can see how our CRM, Display Suite App and portals work together as one system, rather than as separate tools.

At the heart of it is the Brightfox CRM, built for the way property sales teams actually work, with leads, follow-ups, pipeline and reporting all in one place.
Around it sit the platforms that take it further. The Display Suite App turns buyer presentations into an interactive experience, with live availability and rich media on the big screen or an iPad. The Sales Portal shares real-time stock and sales with your agents, while the Client Portal keeps buyers informed and engaged from EOI to settlement.
Each now has its own dedicated page on the new site, making it simple to explore one product or see the whole platform at once.
