Brightfox created a tailored, dynamic display suite app for Bask, a premium apartment development set within Stockland's Bokarina Beach master-planned coastal community on the Sunshine Coast.

Built to elevate the on-site sales suite experience, the app gives prospective buyers an immersive way to explore the development — bringing apartments to life through rich visual content, detailed residence information and compelling project storytelling.

Integrated sales management

Alongside the display application, Brightfox integrated its Sales Portal platform to give the development team and sales agents a powerful, centralised hub for managing the full sales process in real time.

From within the portal, agents can monitor live stock availability, manage reservations and coordinate transactions seamlessly across the sales network. DocuSign integration enables fully digital contract execution, reducing administrative overhead and bringing greater accuracy and transparency to every transaction.
