Project summary

Brightfox designed and developed a bespoke interactive display application for Murcia Residences, a luxury apartment development by Sarazin designed by internationally recognised HAL Architects. The application was created to support the onsite sales team by providing a highly visual and intuitive platform for presenting the development to prospective buyers.

Selling off-plan apartments presents unique challenges, with buyers needing to understand spatial relationships, apartment positioning and the broader lifestyle offering before construction is complete. The Murcia display app was designed to bridge this gap, transforming architectural plans and marketing assets into an engaging digital experience that communicates the full vision of the development.

The application features interactive building and apartment-level navigation, allowing consultants to guide buyers from a full site overview down to individual apartments and floorplates. A curated library of high-quality imagery and video content showcases the architecture, interiors and lifestyle of the project, while an interactive location map highlights the surrounding precinct, including transport connections, retail destinations and nearby amenities only minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
